We had planned on making Keith’s birthday a three day event by taking the boat out, doing some sailing, some grilling, maybe some kayaking. Just spending non-project time on the boat. Winter had other plans, it showed up (for the first time all year) for the last three days. Temperatures dipped down to the thirties-a deal breaker. Instead we stayed at home, cranked the heat up to 74, and huddled under a pile of blankets.
We emerged once to enjoy dinner with his Mom and once to celebrate the menu reveal of John and Andy’s new food truck menu. Awesome food, and a fun time. Coastal Kitchen is ready to serve! Keith’s favorite was the teriyaki bowl, mine was a tie between the chicken tacos and the Korean pork tacos.
